Delivery Information

We have been delivering our sacks of coal in the traditional way for over 80 years. One of our delivery drivers will lift the sack of fuel onto their back and carry it to where ever you want it. Our delivery drivers are the best in the business, its a physically demanding job and we have to do it in all weather conditions. Providing you don't ask them to tackle an "assault course" of obstacles across your property they will deliver the bags to pretty much wherever you ask.

How will your order arrive?

Sealed Bags or Nets up to 25kg in weight
Hand delivered direct to your coal store, shed, log store or where ever else you would like it by our drivers. These bags are cleaner than open sacks, easy to handle and can be stacked in most places until they ready to be used.

50kg open sacks
The majority of our coal products are delivered in 50kg open sacks. These sacks are reusable and we take them away with us after tipping your fuel out into your coal bunker. If you don’t have a coal bunker, or a suitable space for storing it, then please make sure to order fuel in pre-packed plastic bag as we cannot leave the reusable open sacks.

Not going to be in?
You do not need to be at home for us to complete your delivery. But you do need to tell us where we need to leave the products you have ordered so they are safe and secure. If we can't safely make the delivery we will try and contact you on your provided number. if we cant get a hold of you then we will contact you to rearrange a new delivery time when you can be in. You should always notify us before placing an order if any vehicle access restrictions or issues that may prevent us from safely delivering your products.

Where will you deliver to?

Regular delivery area
We travel to most towns and villages in East and North Yorkshire with in a two week rota. This allows us to get to everyone with in two weeks at least once. See the map below for a rough idea of our area.

Outside delivery area
We do leave our standard delivery area for larger orders or if its only a little bit our of our way, please contact us before placing an order to find out if we will deliver to you.
